We are on the look out for natural leaders who love connecting with people day in and out. As a Store leader, you will curate a great in-store experience for partners and customers alike and lead your team in reaching targeted goals.


If you want to learn how to run a business or simply looking to hone your leadership skills then this role is definitely for you. You will run shifts and overall store operations, lead the store team, and make sure that your teammates are disciplined, motivated, and mentored. We trust that you will make decisions that impact store operations and ensures store targets are met. To succeed in this role, you must be great at relationship building, problem solving, organized and extremely keen to details, and must have a go-getter attitude.



Your Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the store’s daily operational tasks are consistently accomplished

  • Report accurate and complete feedback for Dashboard Monday meetings

  • Be overall in-charge of documentation documents whether hard or soft copy (i.e Delivery receipts, Invoices, SRO etc ) in the store.

  • Represent iStore at police office in instances of thefts/ losses and update management accordingly Scheduling, approval and denial of leaves, overtime, change- day off and other manpower concerns as guided by the company’s house rules and handbook

  • Substitute if there is a key position missing in their team (cashier/ stockman/ help desk)

  • Maintain merchandising excellence according to Apple Premium Reseller merchandising guidelines in the store at all times

  • Deal with irate or difficult customers and escalate as necessary

  • Ensure compliance of retail store staff on Apple Customer Experience at all times.

  • Score should not be lower than 90% Ensure that the store is sufficiently stocked at all times

  • Ensures performance of the store in accomplishing set sales targets and quotas

  • Provide retail team and management with feedback and preside solution proposal to improve performance of the store

  • Perform duties as needed related to company services and deliverables

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Be a graduate of any four-year course

  • Have at least 1-2 years managerial experience, preferably in a global company

  • Have strong communication skills to clearly impart the company’s vision to the team you oversee

  • Have a passion for learning about Apple technology and products

  • Love talking to people and help them find the best Apple solution

  • Be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.

  • Be willing to be trained in Cebu (for Out-of-Town Branches)

  • Love ideals of teamwork, excellence, innovation, trust and respect

  • Be willing to be assigned at Ayala Center Cebu or SM Ilo-Ilo
