iStore is looking for an Operations Manager
Become an Operations Manager and help us keep the flow going while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Be part of our leadership team who organizes and manages our company's daily flow.
As an Operations Manager, you will be in charge of providing inspired leadership which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
You will also be assisting our Human Resources department and organizing the budget of the company in collaboration with the director.
Your Duties and Responsibilities
Manage overall operations
Responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures
Ensure safe and efficient operations.
Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues.
Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws.
Directs operations team to meet Apple Compliance standards.
Assist the Human Resource Dept. in interviewing, selecting and hiring team members
Training new and existing employees
Planning, assigning and directing work to team members and staff
Authorizing and discussing with employees their performance appraisals
Addressing employee performance and corrective action plans
Organize the budget of the company in collaboration with the director
Other related tasks assigned as requested
Your Qualifications and Skills
8-10 years in retail operations management or related field
Experience in working with a global brand is an advantage
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures
Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Can perform a variety of tasks
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Has the ability to respond and communicate in a professional manner
Has a sense of responsibility and drive towards excellence
Loves to learn, can challenge the status quo, and can embrace change for good of all
