Send us your inquiries and get connected with our Apple Experts and Apple Certified Technicians from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM! Our service repair cut-off is 6 PM daily.
1. Kindly maintain respectful conversations. Only conversations regarding Apple devices, support, or premium accessories will be entertained.
2. Keep inquiries relevant. Unauthorized posting of any product, chain messages, jokes, memes, etc. will warrant automatic removal of the member from the group.
3. All payments must be made through authorized iStore accounts only. Please report any fraudulent transactions.

How to place your order
To provide you with a faster assistance, message us the following information when you place your order or inquire:

Delivery is 4-5 days after payment confirmation. We have a minimum delivery fee of Php 300.
For items worth Php 5000 below, delivery options may include any courier of your choice. Delivery fee to be shouldered by the customer.
